Hazing Report
Use this form to report hazing information involving students, recognized student organizations, clubs, etc., involving potential violations of the Zane State College policy, 3357:12-16-63 Non-discrimination Anti-Harassment and Intimidation. Any person required by Collin's Law to report knowledge of hazing must immediately report that information to a law enforcement agency in the county in which the victims of hazing reside or in which the hazing is occurring/had occurred.
